Hi, I’m Sheetal Vij, and I believe in the transformative power of yoga to heal. From a young age, movement was my outlet—gymnastics, rock climbing, trekking, dancing, and weight training. I was always chasing the next physical challenge. While I learned yoga in college, I didn’t grasp its true depth and utility until life forced me to slow down and heal.
From Postpartum Trauma to Purpose

For years, yoga was just another exercise for me. I was spiritually adrift and unsure of my path. Becoming a mother at 29 changed everything.
The experience was the most difficult time of my life, leaving me with lasting trauma and numerous physical and mental health challenges: deep lordotic curve, nerve impingement, diastasis recti, feeding issues, hemorrhoids, and postpartum depression.
I teach from experience. My philosophy is rooted in yoga’s ability to heal people physically and mentally. My classes blend ancient wisdom with modern understanding of anatomy and mental health.
